About Shipping Fees

Available cards: JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, and Diners.
Only single payments are accepted.
OSAJI uses an SSL system, so your card number is encrypted when sent. Please rest assured.
*Payment will be automatically debited from your designated account in accordance with the terms of your credit card company.
*Depending on your usage status, we may ask you to change to another payment method.
Paidy (postpaid)
This service allows you to easily pay using only your email address and mobile phone number, without the hassle of advance registration.
You can pay for your purchases at convenience stores or banks the following month or later.
You can make multiple purchases and pay for them all at once by the 27th of the following month.
By signing up for Paidy Plus for free, you can use features such as 3-pay installments with no installment fees (※1) and monthly budget settings.
※1) Installment fees are free only for bank transfers and direct debits.
※2) To use 3-pay installments, you must register the first time you use the service. Also, it is only available for purchases of 3,000 yen or more.
Payment at a convenience store
Payment available at: FamilyMart / Lawson / Ministop / Seicomart / Daily Yamazaki
The email you receive upon completing your order will contain the payment procedure and the necessary payment number. Please follow the instructions provided and pay at a convenience store within 5 days of placing your order.
*A payment processing fee of 220 yen will be charged.
*If more than 6 days pass after your order, it will be cancelled, so please place your order again.
*On the order confirmation screen, "KOMOJU Inc.," which is the name of our shop's payment system, will be displayed.

Cash on delivery
Payment will be made to the delivery person upon delivery of the product. The cash-on-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
Only cash is accepted for cash-on-delivery payments.

About our delivery service
Yamato Transport
If no delivery date is specified, the item will be delivered on the earliest possible date.
*If you wish for the earliest possible delivery, please do not specify a date or time.
*For changes after an order is completed, please contact the shipping company after the item has been dispatched.
Regarding Product Delivery
Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the time of order. Please note that there may be delays depending on order volume, weather conditions, year-end and New Year holiday delivery situations, etc. Orders placed after the afternoon on the day before a holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.
*Depending on your location, delivery may take 2 or more days from the shipping date.
*We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
About the Recipient
For each order, we can only ship to one address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Changes to Delivery Address/Date/Time
If the recipient's address was incorrect, or if you wish to change the address or delivery date/time, please make the change using the methods below.
1. If a shipping notification email has already been sent
The shipping notification email contains the tracking number, so please contact the delivery company directly to make the change.
*Due to service revisions by Yamato Transport, as of shipments sent on or after Thursday, June 1, 2023, freight charges will apply when forwarding packages. If a package is forwarded to an address different from the one on the shipping label after it has been shipped, freight charges (list price, cash on delivery) will be incurred, depending on the change from the stated address.
The cash-on-delivery amount will be the rate set by Yamato Transport. This differs from the shipping fees set by OSAJI Online Shop.
2. If a shipping notification email has not yet been sent
If you did not specify a date and time at the time of your order, we will make the change for you if you contact us by 8:00 AM the day after your order.
If you specified a date and time, we will make the change for you if you contact us at least 4 days before your specified date.

About Combining Your Orders
We do not combine multiple orders for delivery. Each order will be shipped separately. We appreciate your understanding.
Other Precautions
If you are away for an extended period or refuse to accept delivery, your order will be cancelled. Please place your order again. In some cases, we may also refuse future orders.
For extended absences without contact or refusal to accept a package, you will be charged for round-trip shipping fees.
The delivery company will hold packages for 7 days after shipment. Packages not delivered within this holding period will be returned to our warehouse. We cannot reship returned packages. Thank you for your understanding.
If we determine that a past transaction was malicious, we reserve the right to cancel all future transactions.
How to order
How to Order
[STEP 1]
Select products and add them to your cart. After selecting the desired products, click the "Add to Cart" button.
*Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Products are reserved only upon completion of your order.
[STEP 2]
Review your cart contents. Please check that the product name, quantity, color, scent, etc., of the items you have selected are correct.
Once an order is confirmed, its contents cannot be changed.
If your order items are correct, click "Pay on this site" if you are already logged in, "Login and Proceed" if you are a registered member but not logged in, or "Proceed to Checkout" if you are not yet a registered member.
[STEP 3]
Register as a new member. If you are not logged in but are already a registered member, please log in.
If you are not yet a registered member, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to register. After registration, if you wish, please also register your birth date from "Change Member Registration Information" in My Page.
[STEP 4]
Specify delivery address and date/time, and select payment method. You can select the delivery address you registered during member registration.
If you wish to change the delivery address, please click the "Change" button in the "Delivery Address" section.
Also, please specify the delivery date and time from the "Shipping Method" section.
Please note that we cannot accommodate dates and times that cannot be selected from the shipping method options.
*For reservations, it is not possible to specify the delivery date and time. Please be aware of this.
*Incomplete address entries are increasing. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order.
*Due to service revisions by Yamato Transport, a shipping fee will be charged for product forwarding from "shipments on or after June 1, 2023 (Thursday)". If a product is forwarded to an address different from the one on the slip after shipment, a shipping fee (standard rate, cash on delivery) will be incurred based on the change from the listed address. The cash-on-delivery amount will be the rate set by Yamato Transport. This differs from the shipping fees set by the OSAJI online shop.
[STEP 5]
Confirm your order. After confirming your delivery address, payment method, etc., click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.
*Please double-check your order details, as additions or changes to the order cannot be made after confirmation.
Regarding your points
When you make a purchase, the product price will be returned to you as points, which can be used as "1 point = 1 yen" for future purchases.
Points can be used at the OSAJI official online shop and OSAJI directly managed stores (excluding some stores).
* Experiences at kako (kako), kako -a scent- are eligible for points.
About the Grant
Unless otherwise specified for a particular product, the basic reward is 2 points for every 100 yen (including tax) spent on a purchase.
Point Status
Awarded points become "valid" once the ordered product has been shipped.
If your order is canceled, the points will become "invalid."
Pending Points
After purchase, points remain temporary for 7 days after the product has been shipped.

Points that are available for use.
About Using Your Points
When purchasing products, you can use 1 point = 1 yen.
During the order process, please enter the number of points you wish to use on the checkout page.
* You cannot use more points than are available.
Regarding review points
You can write reviews for products purchased at OSAJI stores or the official OSAJI online shop.
You will receive 100 points for each review.
Points become valid and usable after the review publication is approved.
*Please note that we are unable to accept reviews for products purchased outside of OSAJI stores or the official OSAJI online shop.
*Please note that due to page changes or limited-time products, you may not be able to write reviews after a certain period.
*Only customers with a registered membership can write reviews. (Products purchased before membership registration cannot be approved even if you write a review)
*Reviews for products not in your purchase history cannot be published or awarded points.

Regarding recycling points
At OSAJI, we recycle used empty containers with consideration for the environment. You can bring them directly to an OSAJI directly managed store (excluding some stores) or mail them to our official online shop to receive 5 points per container.
Please be sure to check the conditions below before participating. We appreciate your cooperation in recycling.
*This service is not available at some stores. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please inquire with each store before bringing in containers.
Eligible containers
All containers except pouches. If items were sold as a set, please ensure all components are present when you bring them in. (Set items are counted as one container when all components are present.)
Requests when bringing in containers
Please wash and thoroughly dry the containers yourself before bringing them in or mailing them.
Please understand that otherwise, we will not be able to accept them.
When mailing to the official online shop
We sincerely apologize, but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Also, please note that it will take some time for points to be awarded.

Regarding Point Expiry
Points are valid for one year from the date of acquisition. After the expiration date, points will become invalid and cannot be used.
- Expired points cannot be reinstated.
- However, limited-time points will expire on the date specified at the time of issuance.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
About the newsletter
Regarding Registration
If you register for our newsletter when you sign up as a member, we will send you information about new products, special coupons, and other great deals to your registered email address.
*If you set your newsletter preference to "No," we will not be able to send you notifications regarding birthday benefits.
Regarding reviews
If the products are the same, only one review can be submitted, even if the color or fragrance differs.
Please note that if you submit another review, it will overwrite the previous one.

For coupon codes distributed via newsletters or LINE, please enter the coupon code on the checkout screen and select it.
※ Coupons may have validity periods and conditions.

About Membership Registration
Membership registration is free.
After registration is complete, we will send your registration details to the email address you provided.
When you register, you will receive points with every purchase. You will also receive newsletters with new products and special offers.

Regarding your order cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only until 8:00 AM on the day following the order date, by phone or email. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for orders after this time.
* If contacting us by email, please be sure to include your name and order code, and send the email from the email address you registered with, so that we can confirm your order information.
Please note that cancellations are not possible for pre-order items or during non-cancellable periods due to campaigns.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and if any of the following apply:
- Defective product
- Incorrect product received
However, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- You did not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Opened product
- Product damaged or scratched by the customer.
- Returns/exchanges due to customer convenience (*Customer convenience includes: "ordered the wrong product," "ordered the wrong quantity," etc.)
Whether shipping costs for returns are covered
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping costs for returning and resending the product.
For returns or exchanges due to other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Shopping Precautions
Regarding long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery
If an item is returned due to a long-term absence without prior notice, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated returns due to customer convenience, we may be unable to accept future orders. Additionally, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping fees.
Regarding product photos
Please note that the color of the product photos may differ from the actual product due to your computer monitor settings.
Regarding the high volume of orders
