Thank you very much for your continued patronage of OSAJI.
With the recent renewal of our website, we are asking existing members to "activate their accounts" in order to migrate member information registered before the renewal to the new system.
However, regarding this matter, we have received inquiries such as:
- Emails not being delivered - Emails appearing to be spam - Account activation confirmation emails not being delivered
We sincerely apologize for the anxiety and inconvenience this has caused our customers.
Please note that we made an announcement regarding this matter on February 17, 2026, but we deeply apologize again that the announcement was not sufficiently disseminated and caused concern.
This is being carried out to migrate member information to the new site as part of a site migration to provide a safer and more comfortable service.
■ Concerns regarding announcement emails
Due to the automatic sending specifications from the new site, the sender display and email format differ from before.
Therefore, we deeply apologize to any customers who felt suspicious.
This email is an official announcement sent from OSAJI.
■ If you do not receive a confirmation email
Due to high access or your receiving environment, it may take some time for the completion email to arrive.
If you can log in after activation, the procedure is complete even if you have not received the completion email.
■ Precautions when activating your account
If you tap on a link in an email and open it, the screen may not display correctly due to the specifications of your email app.
With apps such as Gmail and Yahoo Mail, links are opened in an in-app browser, which may restrict the processing of cookies and login information, preventing the procedure from completing successfully.
In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please try the following methods:
・Long press the link ・Select "Open in browser" or "Open in Safari/Chrome"
By opening it in an external browser, you may be able to complete the procedure normally.
■ How to activate your account
To carry over your account information from before the renewal, we are asking existing members to activate their accounts.
Account activation can only be done via the "Activate Account" button in the email sent by us. (Click here for details)
Please note that if you register as a new user without your account activation being reflected, we will not be able to transfer your registered information or points from your old account. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
If you have not received an email, or if you have not received a completion email after 36 hours or more, please contact us via the inquiry form, and a staff member will respond to you as soon as possible.
