＜Regarding Serial Number and Identity Verification＞

If no entry is made and the name of the orderer and the experiencer differ (including changes in surname due to marriage), we may contact you for identity verification. Thank you for your understanding.

＜Regarding Additional Charges＞
For customers who selected essential oils that incur optional charges during the scent blending experience, the payment amount will be adjusted after the order is placed.
Please note that this will not be reflected in the system at the time of order placement.
*An additional charge of +1,100 yen (tax included) per type applies to essential oil options.
*Only the Gettou essential oil has an additional charge of 1,650 yen (tax included).


＜Regarding Delivery Date and Time＞
Delivery will take approximately 3 to 10 days. Please note that we may not be able to deliver on your requested date.
(If you order other products at the same time, please note that they will be delivered together with the essential oils.)
