We accept repeat orders according to the original scent recipe you created at kako -a scent- Kamakura store.
When ordering, please enter the serial number written on the recipe card and the name you used when you experienced the scent blending in the remarks field of the shopping cart.

If there is no entry, or if the name of the orderer and the person who experienced the scent blending are different (including cases where the surname has changed due to marriage), we may contact you to verify your identity. Thank you for your understanding.

For customers who selected essential oils that incur an optional fee during the scent blending experience, the amount will be adjusted and settled after your order is placed.
Please note that this will not be reflected in the system when you place your order.
*The essential oil option for room diffusers incurs an additional fee of +2,200 yen (tax included) per type.
*Only Getto essential oil incurs an additional fee of +2,750 yen (tax included).
Delivery will take approximately 3 to 10 days. Please note that delivery may not be possible on your requested date.
(If you order other products at the same time, please note that they will be delivered together with the room diffuser.)

Always close the lid after use and do not store in high temperatures or humidity. Use in a well-ventilated area if in a confined space. If the liquid spills on floors or furniture, wipe it off immediately with a cloth as it may cause discoloration. If you have sensitive skin or are using it for a prolonged period, use household gloves.
